Returns

Due to the nature of our products, food and other consumable items cannot generally be returned once delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has an issue with its packaging, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please provide your order details and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

As Kianara products are food and consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns of opened or delivered food products.

Returns are also not accepted for products that have been:

Opened or partially consumed
Damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
Returned without prior approval from Kianara

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for food products.
